About Our Practice
Family Dentist in Burlington, NJ
Welcome to a true family practice. Dr. Zudans and his daughter Dr. Brim began Five Points Family Dentistry in 2020 after Dr. Gensler decided to pursue part-time retirement. In 2022, Dr. Brim’s army buddy Dr. Kostelnik joined the practice. From our beginning, we have strived to provide caring, quality dental care to every patient who visits our practice. We are committed to providing each patient with individualized, personal attention. We truly care about you and are sensitive to your needs and desires for your smile.
Today, Dr. Brim and Dr. Kostelnik own and operate Five Points with care and passion. Our doctors graduated from Temple University and the University of Pittsburgh and are proud to serve the Burlington community! Over the years, our practice has grown to accommodate all of our patients’ dental needs, big or small. We offer a comprehensive range of general dental services including routine cleanings, dental implants, root canals, extractions, Invisalign, teeth whitening, dentures, and more.
Meet Our Dentists
Dr. Caitlyn Brim
Dr. Caitlyn Brim graduated from Temple University Dental School in 2014 and began practicing dentistry the same year. She has been a member of the Army Reserves since 2012. In her free time, Dr. Brim loves to camp with her husband and three children.
Dr. Celeste Kostelnik
Dr. Celeste has been with our practice since October 2022. Dr. Celeste originally hails from Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating from University of Pittsburgh SDM in 2004, she has spent the last 28 years practicing general dentistry in various arenas. She has been a member of the PA Army National Guard for the last 11 years, Dr. Celeste holds the rank of LTC and was recently appointed to the position of State Dentist. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Celeste enjoys working out, especially distance running, cooking, and most importantly hanging out with her dogs!
Dr. Andrew Zudans
Dr. Andrew Zudans graduated from Temple Dental School in 1983, and has been practicing in Burlington ever since! Dr. Z loves spending time with his grandchildren and is an avid golfer and disc golfer.
Dr. Richard Gensler
Dr. Richard Gensler graduated from Temple Dental School in 1982 and has been practicing in Burlington since 1983. In 2015 and 2016, he was named the Top Doctor by Healthy Living Magazine.
